Dashboard Ticket Support

Support & Tickets

For connection issues, subscription questions, orders, or refunds, sign in to your account dashboard and submit a ticket. Keep your description and follow-up replies in the same ticket so support can pick up where things left off.

Support Channels & What They Cover

The only publicly listed support channel is the ticket system in your account dashboard. Keep account-related questions within the dashboard.

Account Dashboard Tickets

Use tickets for client connection issues, importing subscriptions, traffic resets, order checks, and refund requests. After signing in, open the ticket page, choose the category that best fits your issue, and describe what you’ve already tried.

Return to the original ticket to check its status. If you need to add a screenshot or more details, reply there to keep everything about the issue in one place.

Email & Telegram

No support email address or Telegram contact is currently listed on this page, so we don’t provide links or response times for those channels.

Submit account, order, and refund questions through the dashboard ticket system. Don’t send payment receipts, account passwords, or subscription links to unverified contacts.

Before You Submit

Start by explaining what happened, then add details about your setup. A clear description can help avoid unnecessary follow-up questions.

Connection & Subscription Issues

  • Tell us which platform you use—Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux—and the name of the client app.
  • Describe your network environment, the route you selected, and roughly when the issue occurred.
  • Clarify whether the client can’t connect, the subscription won’t import, or a particular website won’t load after connecting.
  • List what you’ve tried, such as refreshing the subscription, switching routes, or reconnecting, and describe what happened.

If you attach a screenshot, include the full error message but hide subscription links, credentials, and other private information.

Billing & Refunds

  • Include the relevant order details from your dashboard, the plan name, and the payment status.
  • For payment checks, say whether you paid with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT.
  • For traffic-related questions, specify whether you’re using a monthly subscription or a data package.
  • To request a refund, state your request clearly in the ticket and include the relevant order.

VPNOwn offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy. See the refund policy for eligibility and terms. Don’t upload payment details to public pages.

Common Questions Before Submitting a Ticket

Where can I check for replies after submitting a ticket?

Sign in to your account dashboard, open the ticket page, and select the relevant ticket. Add any follow-up details, screenshots, or updates to the original ticket. We don’t guarantee a specific response time; check the ticket for status updates.

Can I read the guides before creating an account?

Yes. You can read the getting started guide and plan details first. Creating an account requires only a username and password—no email address. Find client apps and subscription links in your account dashboard.

When does monthly subscription data reset?

Data resets monthly on the date your subscription started. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages last until used and never expire. If your dashboard shows something unexpected, mention your plan type and order in a ticket.

What information should I provide if an international website won’t load?

Include the website name, error message, route selected, and client platform, and say whether other websites load. Share only what’s needed to reproduce the issue; don’t send website passwords or private page content.
